Job description

Are you a passionate and driven Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) eager to make a difference in primary education? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work on a supply basis at a reputable primary school in the OL6 area due to a rise in class sizes. This full-time position offers an immediate start, with vacancies available in every year group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.

  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of all students.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community.

  • Maintain high standards of classroom discipline and student behavior.

Essential Requirements:

  • Recently qualified with a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).

  • A genuine passion for teaching and a dedication to student progress.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in different school environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
