We are partnering with a Primary School in Irlam that is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to become a part of their dynamic and supportive team. This position is set to begin after Easter, and the ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing an inspiring and inclusive learning environment for children.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for teaching and nurturing Year 5 students, planning and delivering engaging lessons, and actively contributing to the school’s development. You will play an essential role in a collaborative team, working with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to both pupils and their parents.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to share best practices and continually improve teaching strategies.
- Support the school’s values and contribute to the broader school community.
About You:
- You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- You have a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing a high standard of education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 is preferred.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented approach to working with students, colleagues, and parents.
