Primary Supply Teacher

We are looking for enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join our team and work in schools across Newcastle. Whether you want full-time, part-time, or just a few days here and there, we offer flexible options that fit around your schedule. Role Overview:

  • Position: Primary Supply Teacher
  • Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
  • Contract Type: Flexible (full-time, part-time, or daily supply)
  • Start Date: Immediate

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Covering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Creating a positive learning environment and managing classroom behaviour.
  • Adapting quickly to new school settings and working with a variety of age groups.
  • Providing feedback to staff after each assignment to ensure continuity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils.
  • A flexible approach to teaching and adapting to different school environments.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with staff and students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
