Primary SEN Teacher

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that cater to the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence.
- Work closely with SEN specialists, teaching assistants, and parents to develop and implement EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans).
- Assess and track student progress, ensuring each child receives the necessary support to achieve their goals.
- Contribute to the wider school community, engaging in professional development and collaborative initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
✅ Experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting.
✅ Strong understanding of different learning needs and adaptive teaching strategies.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching.

Role: Primary SEN Teacher
Contract: Fulltime, Fixed contract
Start: April 2025 (sooner is desirable)
Salary Dependent on experience, with SEN allowance
Area: Windsor

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
