Job description

Do you have a passion for positively impacting the lives of children? Are you patient and resilient, with experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviour?

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Buddy to join a primary school in Poulton-le-Fylde (FY6). This full-time role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing behaviour and providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs. As a Behaviour Buddy, your primary responsibility is to provide support to children with challenging behaviour within a primary school setting. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to ensure students receive the guidance and strategies they need to succeed.

Role Details:

 Location: Poulton-le-Fylde (FY6)
 Start Date: ASAP
 Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
 Setting: Primary School
