Job description

We are excited to announce that Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate Learning Mentor for a school in Bispham.

The Role:

  • Supporting students in Key Stage 2 as a learning mentor
  • Flexible full-time hours with weekly pay
  • Potential for career progression

About You:

  • Highly motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Empathetic and an attentive listener
  • Able to form strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Warm and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing a supportive ear for students facing behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties
  • Working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
  • Collaborating on action plans to help students reach their full potential by overcoming barriers
  • Liaising with parents and caregivers
