Job description
Teaching Personnel are working with an outstanding rated school in the heart of Southampton, Hampshire and are seeking a Citizenship & PHSE teacher.

The Role: They are seeking a dedicated and flexible Citizenship & PHSE teacher to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons, ensuring continuity of learning for students. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different teaching requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
- Ensure students stay on track with learning objectives.
- Maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt to teaching various subjects as required by the school.
Qualifications & Experience:
- QTS is desired but not essential.
- Experience in a classroom setting is desirable, though not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
