Our Graduate Teacher Programme offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in education. As a Science Graduate, you’ll receive dedicated support and training while gaining hands-on experience in the classroom. This programme is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become a fully qualified teacher.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Science teaching in the classroom, working alongside experienced teachers.
  • Participate in planning and delivering lessons in a range of Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
  • Engage with students and help create an inspiring, engaging learning environment.
  • Take part in training sessions, workshops, and mentoring to develop your teaching skills.
  • Gain full exposure to the education system and work towards becoming a fully qualified teacher.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related subject).
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
  • Dedication to making a difference in the classroom and supporting students' educational journey.
  • No prior teaching experience required – just a passion for education and a desire to develop professionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
