Your Role as an HLTA:

• Deliver engaging lessons and interventions for small groups or individual pupils.
• Assist teachers in planning and preparing creative learning activities.
• Monitor and report pupil progress to staff and parents as needed.
• Support pupils with varying educational needs, ensuring their development and confidence.
• Play a vital role in creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an HLTA or similar role in an educational setting.
• Confidence in delivering phonics interventions and supporting the primary curriculum.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach to tasks.
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
• UK residency is essential — visa sponsorship is not available.
