Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Lincoln Area

Your Role as an HLTA:
- Deliver engaging lessons and interventions for small groups or individual pupils.
- Assist teachers in planning and preparing creative learning activities.
- Monitor and report pupil progress to staff and parents as needed.
- Support pupils with varying educational needs, ensuring their development and confidence.
- Play a vital role in creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HLTA or similar role in an educational setting.
- Confidence in delivering phonics interventions and supporting the primary curriculum.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach to tasks.
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- UK residency is essential — visa sponsorship is not available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
