Are you an experienced educator passionate about supporting the development of preschool children? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Early Years Lead to guide learning and engagement activities while managing a small, dynamic staff team across Lincoln, Gainsborough, Louth, and Grantham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee engaging learning activities for young learners
• Provide leadership to a supportive team of early education staff
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and education
• Communicate effectively with staff, children, and parents

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in childcare/education (CACHE Diploma, NNEB, NVQ) or degree-level qualification
• Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework, planning, and assessments
• Experience in a childcare or educational setting
• Passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and fun learning environment
