Early Years Teaching Assistants – Multiple Positions Available in Lincoln
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Contract: Fixed-term, part-time (21 hours per week, term-time only)
Salary: £12,423 per annum (Grade L3, Point 6)

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming nursery school in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children aged 2-4 in their early development through play and exploration.

About the Role:

  • Work across two classrooms, supporting children’s learning and development.
  • Provide targeted support for children with complex needs under the guidance of the SEND team.
  • Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 8.45 am – 4.15 pm (30-minute lunch break).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
