About the Role:

As an HLTA, you will:

• Provide high-quality learning support and lesson cover across the school.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure children receive the best possible learning experience.
• Play a key role in supporting children with Additional Needs and Disabilities, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Act as a key person for young learners, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

• Hold a recognized Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Have experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate a passion for inclusion and supporting children with additional needs.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a difference in children’s lives.
