Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Lincoln
Position: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) / Learning Support / Cover Supervisor
Location: Lincoln
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (36 hours per week, term time only)
Salary: £29,697 - £31,848 (FTE)

About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will:
- Provide high-quality learning support and lesson cover across the school.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure children receive the best possible learning experience.
- Play a key role in supporting children with Additional Needs and Disabilities, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Act as a key person for young learners, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
- Hold a recognized Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
- Have experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Demonstrate a passion for inclusion and supporting children with additional needs.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a difference in children’s lives.
