Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-structured KS3 and KS4 Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum, catering to students of varying abilities.
• Prepare students for their GCSE exams, providing focused intervention sessions to close attainment gaps.
• Use a variety of innovative teaching methods to make Maths engaging, relevant, and accessible.
• Monitor and assess student progress, using data-driven approaches to provide targeted support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum plans and teaching strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all students feel supported and encouraged to excel.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification in Mathematics.
• Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 level, with a strong understanding of the GCSE syllabus.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A creative and adaptable teaching style, ensuring lessons are both engaging and effective.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration with fellow educators.
