Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (MPS/UPS)

A secondary school in Tameside is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team. This is an opportunity to work in a school with a strong academic record and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.

The Role:

• Teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 students, with potential to teach A-Level for the right candidate.
• Delivering engaging lessons that challenge students and develop their problem-solving skills.
• Using assessment data to track progress and implement targeted interventions where needed.
• Working collaboratively within the Maths department to develop schemes of work and teaching resources.

Requirements:

• QTS and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for engaging students in mathematical thinking.
