Teaching Personnel are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maths Teacher to join a lovely school based in the town of Sutton Coldfield. They are looking for an innovative and inspiring teacher to join their team. The role is ongoing up until Easter with the potential to be longer.
Role Overview:
- Deliver engaging Maths lessons: Teach across KS3 and KS4, ensuring students master key mathematical concepts and develop confidence in applying them to real-world situations.
- Encourage problem-solving: Foster an environment where students tackle challenges creatively and apply logical reasoning to find solutions.
- Prepare students for success: Provide focused support for GCSE exams, building their skills and confidence to achieve excellent results.
- Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with a dedicated Maths department, sharing ideas and resources to enhance teaching and learning.
- Support diverse learners: Adapt lessons to meet the varying needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and engagement for all abilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.
- Engaging and inspiring: Able to instil a love for learning and motivate students to reach their full potential.
- Classroom management skills: Skilled in creating a positive, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
- Collaborative team member: Enthusiastic about working with colleagues to develop innovative teaching practices.
- Flexible and resilient: Adaptable to the needs of students and the wider school community, embracing continuous improvement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
