Salary: £85 - £100 per day based on experience

Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming and dynamic secondary school in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the academic and personal development of students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support students’ progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students’ social and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential).
- A patient, understanding, and empathetic nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to different learning needs.
- An enhanced DBS check and on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
