A highly reputable Multi Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join the staff of their Congleton-based primary school from January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator to work within a supportive and dynamic team, contributing to the continued success and development of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to students within the Key Stage 2 phase.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies.
- Provide a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that meets the individual needs of all pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
- Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extra-curricular activities, events, and school improvement initiatives.
The Successful Candidate:
- Will have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching at Key Stage 2 level.
- Possess a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering outstanding education.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage children in their learning.
- Have a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment processes.
- Be able to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the development of every child.
- Be enthusiastic about contributing to the wider life of the school community.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a primary school setting.
- A strong interest in professional development and furthering teaching practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
