Job Opportunity: Key Stage 1 Teacher
Location: Ellesmere Port
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (1 Year, with Potential for Permanency)
Start Date: January 2025

A highly respected Multi Academy Trust invites passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teachers to join the team at one of its outstanding schools in Ellesmere Port. The Role:

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to Key Stage 1 pupils, tailored to individual needs.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and enthusiasm.
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to uphold the school’s ethos and values.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Have proven experience in teaching within the Key Stage 1 framework.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Exhibit excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Show dedication to the academic and personal development of every pupil.
  • Be proactive, flexible, and eager to contribute to the school’s community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
