Job Title: ICT Teacher

Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging ICT lessons to students
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
  • Utilise technology effectively in teaching and learning activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and educational programmes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Education:

Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching ICT at secondary level

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ICT concepts and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Proficiency in using educational technology tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Education or relevant field

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a school environment with classrooms and educational facilities
  • Follow school policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
  • Attend meetings and professional development sessions as required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
