Computer Science Teacher - Maternity Cover

We are searching for a Computer Science Teacher to join our successful secondary school in Rochdale. The successful candidate must be available full-time and hold QTS to be considered for this position. You will join their outstanding department this June covering a 1-year maternity.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and provide excellence throughout all aspects of teaching. You will support their highly successful department across KS3 and KS4, supporting a range of learning abilities and requirements. You will receive on-going support in this role and be provided PPE time within your timetable to help with planning and marking.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Remain up to date with national trends and developments in the curriculum
• Set challenging and appropriate targets for pupils
• Maintain good discipline following the school disciplinary process
• Pay -between MPS1-MPS6 based on prior experience
