The Role:

• Supporting students with SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support within the classroom.
• Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate with a degree in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or a related subject.
• A proactive and patient individual with a passion for helping young people succeed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching) is desirable but not essential.
