Graduate Cover Supervisor & Teaching Assistant Roles
Location: Ofsted Good School, WN6
Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in education? An Ofsted-rated Good school in WN6 is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as Graduate Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants.
About the Role:
- Cover Supervisor: Step into the classroom to support learning during teacher absences. Deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behavior, and ensure students remain engaged in their studies.
- Teaching Assistant: Work alongside experienced educators to provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with additional learning needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- A degree (any subject) and a passion for education.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
