Graduate Cover Supervisors Needed in Salford and Bolton 

Are you a recent graduate considering a career in teaching? Looking to gain valuable classroom experience while inspiring young minds?

We are seeking Graduate Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Salford and Bolton, starting ASAP! These roles are ideal for graduates looking to step into the education sector and gain hands-on experience before pursuing teacher training.

The Role:

  • Provide classroom supervision in the absence of the teacher.
  • Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain focused and on task.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.
  • Support the smooth running of the school day by assisting with lessons across a range of subjects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduates (any discipline welcome, but education-related subjects preferred).
  • Confident, proactive individuals with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
  • Availability for full-time or flexible part-time work.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or already registered on the update service).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
