Aspiring Teacher Role – Stockport

Teaching Personnel is looking for confident and motivated individuals to step into the classroom as Aspiring Teachers in the Stockport area. About the Role:

  • Start Date: January 2024
  • Contract: Full-time or part-time positions available
  • Pay Rate: £85–£110 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students across KS3 and KS4.
    • Engage and motivate students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    • Provide classroom support, ensuring students stay on task and meet their learning objectives.
    • Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student learning outcomes.
    • Gain practical experience in classroom management and effective lesson delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Young People: Previous experience in roles such as tutoring, mentoring, or coaching is beneficial.
  • Passion for Education: A strong desire to inspire and educate students, with the ability to build confidence in the classroom.
  • Key Skills: Adaptability, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
