About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting students and ensuring the smooth running of lessons. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay engaged and on task.
  • Providing supervision and support while maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Adapting to different subjects and classrooms to support the school’s daily needs.
  • Working closely with teaching staff to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.
  • Gaining hands-on experience in schools, which is highly beneficial for those considering a career in teaching.

Application Requirements:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in managing a classroom and engaging students.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
