Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
  • Support students and ensure they stay engaged with their work.
  • Adapt to different subjects and school settings.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in schools (Teaching Assistants, LSAs, tutors, or sports coaches are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to lead a classroom.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • A degree is desirable but not essential—enthusiasm and a passion for education are key!
