About the Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting students' learning and ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment. • Providing classroom support, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere, and managing student behaviour effectively.
  • Engaging with students and helping them to understand lesson content, while following the plans left by the absent teacher.
  • Supporting the school’s policies on behaviour and learning to maintain an orderly and supportive classroom environment.

Position Details:

  • Start date: November 2024.
  • Full-time and part-time roles available to suit your availability.
  • Suitable for graduates, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) eager to broaden their experience.
  • This position is open to UK residents only.
