Job Title: Graduate Aspiring Teacher

Location:

North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham

Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

£12.90 - £14.62 Per hour

Job Duties:

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Support classroom management and student behaviour
  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Valid DBS clearance (able to apply during vetting process)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Previous experience in a classroom setting or working with children is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of educational principles and practises
  • Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a school environment, following the academic calendar. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate school schedules and events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
