The programme is open to graduates in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Modern Foreign Languages, or Psychology.
This is a paid, full-time position where you will gain hands-on experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, while receiving guidance and mentorship to prepare you for your next steps in teacher training.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Learning: Work closely with students to reinforce lesson content, provide additional explanations, and offer academic support to individuals or small groups.
-
Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive learning environment by supporting teachers with behaviour management and ensuring students are on task.
-
Engagement: Actively engage with students, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
-
Personal Development: Take ownership of your own learning journey by participating in CPD opportunities, mentoring sessions, and feedback discussions.
What We’re Looking For:

Interest in Teaching: A passion for education, with a clear desire to become a qualified teacher.
-
Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with young people.
-
Personality: An enthusiastic, hardworking, and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic classroom environment.
-
Experience: While experience working with young people is desirable, we welcome applications from recent graduates looking to start their teaching journey.
What We Offer:

A paid position throughout the year with regular, structured development opportunities.
