Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for a flexible part-time role? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated TAs to provide sickness cover across a variety of primary and secondary schools in the Fylde area.

Position Overview:

• Role: Teaching Assistant – Sickness Cover

• Days: 3 days per week (flexible to your availability)

• Location: Various schools across the Fylde (including Lytham, St Annes, Kirkham, and surrounding areas)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Type: Ongoing supply

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching staff with day-to-day classroom activities

• Deliver 1:1 or small group interventions where required

• Provide consistent and professional cover across different schools

• Adapt quickly to new environments and follow school policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting

• A flexible, proactive and positive attitude

• Strong communication skills and confidence managing behaviour

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
