Contract Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Salary: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in secondary education?

With January starts available, this is your chance to join a supportive and dynamic team dedicated to empowering students to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, either 1:1 or in small groups.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Support students with additional needs, including SEND and EAL.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting.
  • A passion for supporting the academic and personal development of young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies (a DBS on the update service is required or willingness to obtain one).
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate (desirable but not essential).
