Job Opportunity: Passionate SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted in Liverpool and Wirral!

Hours: 5 days a week, Mon – Fri, 6.5 days

Salary: £425 - £500 per week

About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with students who have diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Whether it’s offering one-to-one support, facilitating group sessions, or assisting with classroom activities, your role will be pivotal in fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with:

• Experience or interest in supporting children with SEN, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or speech and language needs.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for education.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and resilience to handle challenges effectively.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

Desirable but not Essential:

• Prior experience in a school or care setting.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate.
