About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for ECTs to gain valuable experience, enhance their teaching skills, and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development. You’ll have the chance to work in schools with strong support systems that are dedicated to nurturing both students and teachers alike.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Managing the classroom environment to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure individual learning needs are met.
- Building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS upon completing teacher training.
- A passion for teaching and a strong desire to inspire young learners.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils.
- An enhanced DBS check (Teaching Personnel can assist with this if required).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
