About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for ECTs to gain valuable experience, enhance their teaching skills, and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development. You’ll have the chance to work in schools with strong support systems that are dedicated to nurturing both students and teachers alike.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Managing the classroom environment to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress to ensure individual learning needs are met.
• Building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS upon completing teacher training.
• A passion for teaching and a strong desire to inspire young learners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils.
• An enhanced DBS check (Teaching Personnel can assist with this if required).
