Early Career Teachers - Blackburn

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a primary schools in the BB1 area that are looking to hire ECTs on a full-time/part-time basis. The responsibilities within the roles will vary from whole class teacher, PPA cover, intervention, learning support depending on the needs in the school as well as the existing timetable/ staffing structure. These are long-term and short-term opportunities, as well as part-time and full-time roles, meaning there is flexibility to suit your needs.

Requirements

• Have a QTS.

• An ambitious individual that is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure all children are happy and successful.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
