Are you an experienced educator looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment? A welcoming Church of England primary school near Keele is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join their team.

The Role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.

• Maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.

• Adapting to different year groups as needed, supporting both KS1 and KS2 classes.

• Providing additional planning support for the right candidate, with PPA time factored in.

• Creating a positive and structured learning environment in line with school values.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience covering lessons, working as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or unqualified teacher.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.

• A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different year groups.

• A commitment to upholding the school’s values and fostering a respectful learning atmosphere.

• A passion for education and a proactive attitude towards supporting young learners.
