Job description

Rediscover the Joy of Teaching: Shape Futures, One Student at a Time.

Feeling tired and stressed by the demands of classroom teaching?

Looking for a more focused and rewarding way to use your teaching skills? TP-Tutors offers you a chance to reignite your passion for education by providing one-on-one tutoring to students outside of regular schools.

We understand the pressures of teaching a whole class. We offer a refreshing alternative: a chance to make a big difference without the extra paperwork and large groups of students.

Why Choose Tutoring with TP-Tutors?

  • Real Impact, Individual Focus: Get back to what you love – teaching! Provide personal, one-on-one support that meets each student's unique needs and learning style. See the clear progress you help them make.

  • Leave the Classroom, Keep the Calling: Use your valuable teaching skills in a more flexible and less stressful way.

  • Learning Your Way, Schedule Your Way: Enjoy the freedom to tutor either in person at a public library or at home with a parent or guardian present. Create a schedule that works for you.

  • Specialised Support, Real Change: Work with students who have different learning needs. Create learning plans just for them that help them grow and feel more confident. See the direct impact of your skills.

  • Focus on What Matters Most: Say goodbye to piles of paperwork and admin tasks. Spend your time doing what you're best at: teaching.

  • A Rewarding Move: Feel the satisfaction of seeing students you support make positive changes.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

  • Have the confidence and strength you've gained from teaching in a classroom.
  • Are patient, understanding, and dedicated to creating a supportive and encouraging place to learn.
  • Can create and deliver individual lessons based on what each student needs.
  • Are strongly committed to keeping children safe.

What You'll Need:

  • Recent experience teaching in a classroom.
  • A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
