TP Tutors, a leading agency dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised education, is seeking passionate and experienced tutors to support Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupils in the Nottingham area. Join our growing team and play a vital role in the educational journey of students between KS2 and KS4.

As an SEN Tutor with TP Tutors, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective 1-to-1 tuition to SEN pupils outside of the mainstream school setting.
  • Focus on core subjects including English, Maths, and Science.
  • Develop and implement individualised lesson plans tailored to each student's unique needs and learning style.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where students can thrive.

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or hold a relevant qualification in education or a related field.
  • A strong commitment to working with children and young people with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students.
  • The ability to create engaging and accessible learning resources that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • A current DBS certificate and willingness to subscribe to the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
