Flexible GCSE Tutoring in Nottinghamshire: Shape Young Minds with TP-Tutors!

Are you a qualified and experienced GCSE teacher seeking flexible and rewarding work in your local area?

TP Tutors is actively recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic tutors to provide one-to-one support to GCSE students across Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise and make a real difference in the lives of students within your community, all while enjoying flexible working hours.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Have demonstrable experience in tuition or education, with a strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum.
  • Are skilled at adapting their approach to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those who may present behavioural challenges.
  • Have a thorough understanding of safeguarding protocols and are committed to maintaining a safe learning environment for all students.
  • Hold a current DBS check and are registered with the update service.

As a GCSE Tutor with TP Tutors you will:

  • Provide focused, one-to-one tuition in the student's GCSE subjects of need.
  • Deliver sessions conveniently in local public libraries or the student's home with guardian present.
  • Tailor your teaching to the specific learning goals and pace of each individual student.
  • Create a supportive and encouraging environment that fosters student confidence.
  • Contribute directly to the academic progress and success of students in your local Nottinghamshire community.

  • Attractive hourly pay: £25 - £30, dependent on the specific student funding and your level of expertise.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
