Location: Ammanford
Hours: 8:30am- 3:30pm
Salary: £89.38
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with ALN: Previous experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs is essential.
- Comfortable with Personal Care: You should feel confident supporting students with personal care needs, ensuring they feel comfortable and respected.
- Empathy & Patience: Understanding and patience are key! You’ll be working closely with students who need extra support.
- Team Player: You’ll collaborate with teachers and other staff to provide the best care and support possible for students.
- Positive Attitude: A positive outlook and approach to challenges will help you thrive in this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Learning: Assist students with ALN to help them access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities.
- Provide Personal Care: Support students with daily personal care needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage independence, build confidence, and promote social skills.
- Work Collaboratively: Partner with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support for each student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
