Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and looking for flexible opportunities in education? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN and Behavioural Support Mentors to join our team, offering both short-term and long-term roles across multiple schools in the Saltash area.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support and work with small groups of children with learning difficulties.
- Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Work flexibly across different schools in the Saltash area, offering support where needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children or adults with SEN is strongly preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children overcome challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
