  • Promoting a positive school culture where students feel safe, respected, and valued, helping to maintain a supportive and inclusive school environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and develop meaningful relationships with young people.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a genuine desire to help students overcome challenges and succeed.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a varied and dynamic workload.
  • Experience working collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external support agencies to create effective support plans for students.
