Job Title: Year 3 Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:

Support the Year 3 class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Assist with classroom management and student supervision
Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
Assist in assessing student progress and maintaining records

Required Qualifications:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications or experience

Education:

Minimum of GCSE level education in English and Maths

Experience:

Experience working in a primary school setting as a Teaching Assistant

Knowledge and Skills:

Good understanding of the primary school curriculum
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Organisational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional relevant qualifications in Education or Childcare
First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

Work within a primary school setting
Full-time hours during term time
Potential for additional training and development opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
