Position: Literacy Support Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Literacy Support Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Layton, Blackpool.

Responsibilities

• Support students in developing their reading and writing skills.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging literacy activities.
• ‍ Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Requirements

• GCSEs in Maths and English
• Passion for reading and literacy.
• Experience working with primary school students, particularly in Year 4.
• Creativity, patience, and adaptability.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
