Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized learning support for students with a range of special needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.

• Assist teachers with delivering engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to each child's unique needs.

• Promote positive behavior, social skills, and emotional resilience.

• Help create a safe, supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued.

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support workers, and therapists.

• Contribute to classroom planning, preparation, and organisation of learning materials.
