Location: Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan
Pay: £13.75 per hour / £89.83 per day (paid weekly)

The Role
Teaching Personnel is working with a specialist school in Penarth that supports students aged 3–19 with a range of additional learning needs (ALN). The school uses sport and team-building activities to help develop communication, independence, and social skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and support students in sports and team-building activities

• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation

• Encourage independence and life skills development

• Work closely with trained staff in a nurturing, inclusive setting

• Support students with both behavioural and emotional needs

What We’re Looking For

• A background or interest in sport, fitness, or youth mentoring

• A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach

• Willingness to learn and grow within a special education environment

• Commitment to working full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm)

• Experience with ALN is desirable but not essential
