What we are looking for: 

  • Experience working with children or adults with SEN or SEMH needs (in a school, care, or similar setting).
  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential – passion and commitment are key!

Key Duties: 

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN.
  • Assist teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt activities and resources to meet individual needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
