We’re seeking individuals who:

  • Have experience supporting children with SEN in a school, care, or similar setting.
  • Are compassionate, adaptable, and enthusiastic about helping every child succeed.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential – passion and commitment are most important!).

Your Role:

As a Teaching Personnel SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Tailor resources and activities to meet individual pupil requirements.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
