Job Title: Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions
- Developing and implementing personalised learning plans
- Assessing students' learning progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
- Providing feedback to students to support their academic growth
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught

- Knowledge of educational technology tools
Working Conditions:
The role involves working on a temporary, part-time basis, with flexible hours. The tutor will mainly work in educational settings such as schools, colleges, or learning centres within Oxfordshire. The environment may vary from traditional classrooms to more informal settings depending on the tutoring requirements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
