Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with additional needs, including those with challenging behaviour, helping them feel safe and supported in their learning environment.

- Building meaningful relationships to inspire confidence and encourage positive choices.
- Assisting with classroom activities, ensuring every pupil can engage and succeed.
- Acting as a role model, showing empathy and understanding while setting clear boundaries.
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and structured environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current Team Teach qualification is essential.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties, or similar challenges.
- Resilience, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
- Access to your own transport is preferred but not essential.
