Every day is different, and your patience, structure, and encouragement will help these children thrive.

This role is perfect for those with backgrounds in education, care, or support work who are looking to make a meaningful impact. Opportunities are available on both a short-term and long-term basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability. Having your own transport is highly beneficial, as it will allow you to access a wider range of schools and opportunities in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience working with children with SEN, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, or complex learning needs.
✔ A patient, adaptable, and resilient approach to supporting young people.
✔ Background in education, care, youth work, or similar roles (desirable).
✔ Team Teach or other relevant training, or a willingness to complete it.

If you’re ready to make a difference and support children in reaching their full potential, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today.
